Panels

Every panel undergoes

Each panel is built with precision and tested for performance before it leaves the factory.

IR test

Insulation resistance test at 1000 V DC to ensure high insulation integrity.

HV withstand test (2.5 kV)

High voltage test applied to ensure dielectric strength and operator safety.

Earth continuity

Continuity test on the earth circuit to ensure effective earthing throughout.

Wiring continuity

All control and power wiring continuity verified for accuracy and reliability.

Functional testing

Complete functional testing of all incomers, feeders and interlocks.

Final inspection

Visual inspection, label verification and workmanship check before dispatch.
